I noticed I’ve been looking a bit gaunt recently. I weighed myself and was somewhat surprised. Decided to check my BMI.
Holy Crap! My BMI is 16.8
Normal is 18.5-24.9
I’ve always been very thin, but this is ridiculous. I am seriously underweight!
I need to take more breaks from working. I need to get more sleep. I need to eats more food. I needs more GUACAMOLE!
