Better than Guacamole?

Could anything be better than guac? Perhaps not, but I found something almost as good. Well, I’ve had it before, so let’s just say I rediscovered it.

Not quite cheese, not quite caramel. I don’t know if there is a denser food substance on the planet. Pronounced, “Yet-oast” Gjetost is the finest dairy product out of Norway. If you haven’t had it yet, run on down to the nearest grocery store and pick yourself up a slab.
