While walking back to my car downtown I saw a kid on the street who seemed to be flirting with a couple of girls. He was holding a cardboard sign. In passing I glanced at the sign which read, “Backflips for One Dollar!”

The two girls didn’t have any money to give him, so I decided to check my wallet to see if I could help him out. All I had was a five dollar bill. I walked back and gave it to him. He then pulled off two kick ass back flips. Money well-spent. If you are going to ask for money on the street, bring some skills and I’ll be happy to share some of what I worked hard to earn, even though I can’t afford to.
